





ABOUT ME
Victoria has been practicing for over 15 years. In her first class she fell in love with the feeling of calm and peace, and it is these moments of stillness that drew her back to her mat time again. Victoria dreamed of pursuing yoga teacher training but it wasn’t until she experienced a personal tragedy and a global pandemic that she was galvanised to complete her 200hr teacher training at The Yoga Edge in 2022 under the guidance of Tom Hamilton and Craig Nadashakti.
Victoria believes you don't have to look a certain way or be able to touch your toes to do yoga - please don't compare yourself to those the insta posts. All you need is you show up with an open mind and a willingness to explore - everyone can benefit from the numerous mental, physical and emotional benefits of yoga.
