




Victoria has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is passionate about sharing the transformative impact it can have on life. She always dream of teaching but self doubt and a busy life got in the way, until a series of life events made her hit pause. Now her self practice and teaching is the beautiful antidote - the yin - in her otherwise yang life.
Victoria teaches an energising, fun flow building strength, stamina and flexibility. Her classes connect breath with movement, with the intention of getting you out of your head and reconnecting with your true self. She believes you don't have to look a certain way or be able to touch your toes to do yoga. All she asks is you show up with an open mind and a willingness to explore - everyone can benefit from the numerous mental, physical and emotional benefits of yoga.
